It’s been at least five minutes since we’ve heard anything about Justin Bieber, and that’s five minutes too long in our book. Thankfully, we have some breaking Bieber to mull over on this Monday morning.

According to Jezebel, the Canadian pop star is angling to reject a plea deal in the whole DUI-slash-drag racing thing in Miami, because he doesn’t want to have random drugs tests. Also, his lawyers are saying that he did not, in fact, ‘reek of booze’ when he was pulled over, as stated by the arresting officer. Nor was he drag racing. Apparently. According to his lawyers.

Biebs has been in nothing but trouble lately – arrested for the above, as well as an arrest in Canada for allegedly hitting a limo driver, plus he’s in trouble in California for the very mature act of egging his neighbour's house. Fear not, we’ll let you know what he does next.
