If you're as excited as we are for those precious few hours in between Christmas parties and obligatory office drinks where you'll finally have the opportunity to hide from the outside world and retreat into a warm, safe duvet cave, you've come to the right place. December's Netflix offerings have landed.
Whether you're already feeling festive or need a bit of a nudge to get into the fun, there's a welcomed line up of Christmas films (the old school good ones) coming your way. If, however, you have no interested in this particular time of year, never fear. Some of our favourite series have new seasons on the way too.

New On Netflix December 2017
1 of 81. Love Actually
It's here, don't worry. Christmas is still on! Love Actually will be making it's way over to Netflix to fill you with all of the heartwarming noughties nostalgia of Christmas films at their best (ish). 14 December
2 of 82. The Crown, season 2
Here's to the most expensive TV show ever made. Picking up where season 1 left off, we'll be watching out for whether Princess Margaret has a successful relationship and how that affair works out for Prince Phillip. 8 December
3 of 83. El Chapo, season 2
If you haven't watched season 1 yet, it might be worth doing so. Season 2 picks up eight years on from all the action from the first and the focus this time is on El Chapo's infamous escape from prison. 15 December
4 of 84. Dark
This new Netflix Original has a kind of *Stranger Things *meets *The Missing *kind of vibe. It's all about some kids in from a small town in Germany who have been kidnapped (or murdered). The complication is, of course, that the town is in some sort of weird time warp-thing too. If you're looking for something creepy yet gripping, this might be the one. 1 December
5 of 85. Miracle On 34th Street
Another festive classic to encourage the Christmas spirit in you. I don't think Christmas films get more wholesome than mini Matilda (aka Mara Wilson) trying to work out if Santa is real. He definitely is, kids. Available now
6 of 86. Maid In Manhattan
This is perhaps one of the most underrated films of 2002. Jennifer Lopez at peak Jennifer Lopez, you guys. Ralph Feinnes is fine too... 13 December
7 of 87. Peaky Blinders, season 3

8 of 88. Back to the future
Otherwise known as one of those films you always end up watching around Christmas time even though it's got nothing to do with Christmas. Netflix have the entire Back To The Future collection on offer so if you fancy a mini marathon, you've got one. 14 December
