Everybody loves Nando’s right? Hell, even Queen Bey has ordered their food in bulk. Well, the well-loved restaurant chain has some news that will bring a smile (or a half smile at least) to your worried student face right now: FREE CHICKEN!

Student? Well no doubt you're currently waiting in anticipation for your A level results that are just around the corner. On August 17th, you’ll be given that dreaded envelope to open, but there is a guaranteed positive to look forward to on this day – Nando’s are kindly offering every student some free chicken. No, they’re not judgemental either – they don’t give a damn about your grades, just about giving you free grub. (Although we’re sure those results will be something to be hella proud of.)

The ¼ chicken isn’t your only option either, your freebie can be swapped for one of the options from their ‘Fire-starters’ menu instead, which include those saucy finger lickin’ chicken wings. Vegetarian or simply not a fan of chicken? Don’t worry, Nando’s have your back too. The ‘Fire-starters’ menu also includes houmous, olives and peri-peri nuts. Add some peri sauce and you’re all set.

How to go about getting your free chicken? All you gotta do is show that results paper, alongside some ID. Like everything in life though, they say nothing is truly free and this is no exception. A minimum of £7 is required to receive your treat.

Note to all Scottish students! Results day is TODAY for you, so good luck and get down to your local Nando’s!

If you don’t have much hope in your results (we’re sure you will have done fab, though), you now have a plate of chicken to cry into. Cushions the blow a bit, eh?

Good luck all, and if all else fails...at the very least make sure you enjoy your free chicken!!!
