We have a feeling Taylor Swift might have had a little something to do with the concept behind a new commercial she’s starring in.
At first it looks like your average soft drink ad starring a celebrity – it’s Tay sitting on a sofa in a living room, sipping her Diet Coke. Then it happens: every time she takes a sip of her drink, a ridiculously cute fluffy cat appears. They look like Scottish Folds, you know, squashed faces and unbelievably fluffy.
Anyway, the more she drinks, the more the cats multiply and before long she’s buried under a sea of fluffy cats, which is probably what heaven feels like to her. Or, Taylor’s ‘perfect world’ if you will.
Actually, the whole thing is set to her song Perfect World, which is on her upcoming album 1989 that’s out in a couple of weeks. In fact, the ad doubles as an ad for the record, and ends with her own cat Olivia Benson sitting next to the polaroid/cover of the album.
Maybe that’s where she was taking Olivia when she was pictured leaving the house with her a few weeks ago?
