After Emma Watson’s outstanding speech in support of feminism at the UN went viral, hackers claiming to be from 4Chan have created a 'countdown' clock on a website called Emma You’re Next where they claim they will post nude pictures of her in a few days.

The site is filled with abusive comments about Emma, which we won’t quote here, or link to, because the whole thing is probably not even a real threat to Emma anyway. Business Insider reckons it’s a joke, as it's typical for losers with plenty of time on their hands to create web countdown clocks to fictional events.

It’s not so much a joke, as a way for 4Chan to gain notoriety and create fear among celebs whose personal photos were already stolen and published. It instills fear, which let's face it, is a tactic frequently used by terrorists. The latest well- known people to have images appear online, include Rihanna and Kim Kardashian, both of whom were on the original list of over 100 women whose security was compromised.

As previously reported, Jessica Chastain explained why she thinks people shouldn’t look for the pictures: 'To me they're not leaked photos, they're stolen photos. Me appearing nude in a film is my choice and I find it so terrible that these actresses have been completely victimised. Anything sexual which does not have the woman saying 'Yes'... is a big problem to me, so I hope that we find out who these people were and we can go after them as hard as we can.'

In her speech at the UN, Emma spoke about being sexualised by the media at the age of 14 and has been vocal in denouncing the perpetrators of the hacking. So far no one has been arrested.
