We all know it's tough out there in the rental market. Forced evictions for no reason, rooms that could be prisonsand housemates who insist on using your toothbrush. Yes, really.

But there are some folk who've got it right, scoring a great place to live for rent that actually means they can actually afford to go on holiday, too. Like Laura, the latest girl to feature in our Cribs 2.0 video series, where we ask people around the UK about the reality of renting today.

As a 'property guardian', she lives in an abandoned school to stop any squatting taking place within the school grounds. Which means she's surrounded by hopscotch and jungle gym equipment. Watch above to find out more.

You can follow Laura Thomas (AKA Ophelia) here, a South London songstress and world record holding hula hooper. You can download her album here: www.ophelia-music.com
