Some of us over at The Debrief have a theory that the butcher Kristen Stewart dresses, the happier she looks; plus, it’s no secret that she prefers trainers (or sneakers) to high heels, regularly substituting them in for whatever glorious designer creation she’s been given to wear on the red carpet.

However, we’ve never seen her – or fellow actress Anne Hathaway – quite as butch as this, as both of them donned fake moustaches, man-hair wigs and shellsuits for the video for Jenny Lewis’s One Of The Guys. Oh, and Brie Larson – who was in* 21 Jump Street* – also stars in the gender-bending video.

As well as swaggering around looking a bit like all of One Direction in their X Factor auditions, or pre-pubescent Zac Efrons with a prodigious amount of facial hair, Anne, Kristen and Brie put on their best bro acts while Jenny ponders whether she could ever be ‘one of the guys’.

They’re not just in drag – they also don white suits to play Jenny’s backing band, standing behind the former Rilo Kiley frontwoman as she plays, looking a little grumpy, like the female models in Robert Palmer’s Addicted To Love video – or, something you might better remember, the male models in Shania Twain’s Man…I Feel Like A Woman video.

We’re not 100% on what the message of the promo is; maybe it’s that a load of the stuff blokes do looks quite silly? Or maybe it’s that girls make for quite attractive boys. And though we’re not exactly coveting the facial hair, we’re definitely keen on an Adidas tracksuit after catching a look at this promo…and the song is pretty good, too!
