As anyone with an Instagram account will know, Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran have become good friends. And, just like our own friendship with men, Ed Sheeran seems to enjoy a little bit of light ribbing with his buddy.
Ed Sheeran has divulged a few home truths to Time magazine about Taylor. For starters, she’s got some serious granny tendencies. ‘I know she’s 24, but she’s sort of a middle-aged woman trapped in a 24-year-old’s body,’ he said, adding that she’s ‘very crafty’ and that ‘she hangs out with her cat and sews things’.
Not exactly the most flattering write-up in the world, but it looks like Ed might actually have a point, because according to Nine Days and Nights of Ed Sheeran, an MTV documentary that premiered earlier this month, Taylor once actually gave Ed a Drake-lyric needlepoint, which Ed framed and hung on his wall.
It’s pretty adorable, actually, and it’s nice to know that even international pop starts aren’t exempt from a bit of public humiliation by the hands of their boy mates isn’t it?
