One Celebrity Is Actually Cancelling Their Vogue Subscription Over *That* Kimye Cover

Well what a surprise. The world has quite a strong opinion about Anna Wintour's April cover stars

As you'll remember from yesterday, Anna Wintour finally relented and let Kim Kardashian have her dream Vogue cover (despite previously snubbing the 33-year-old and even awkwardly cropping her out of a picture on Vogue.com). We pretty much figured that by this point the world had become immune to the exploits of the attention-seeker and would even react to the news that she was going to marry Lee Ryan on national telly with a shrug, but no, not this time. Not when she was apparently tarnishing the reputation of the biggest fashion institution. The internet exploded. Everyone had something to say about. Almost all of it very, very bad.

Even Buffy - AKA Sarah Michelle Geller - chipped in, slaying the concept of Kimya by tweeting:

The thing is, this all feels very familiar. What was it? Oh yes, it was that time Kim straddled Kanye while topless as he rode through the Grand Canyon in the Bound 2 video. (Uh huh honey?). The internet went bonkers. And everyone watched it. Do you think this might end up being the year's best selling issue of Vogue for the same reason? Do you secretly quite fancy looking at pics of Nori and hearing about the world's biggest wedding day?

More to the point, check out Vogue Turkey's cover and sit back knowing it could be so very much worse. Oh Turkey.

Finally, the best tweet on the subject goes to Henry Holland. It's funny coz it's true.
