So, Lupita’s rise to super stardom continued apace last night, when she won best-supporting actress at the Oscars. Did we mention that it was the Oscars last night?
ANYWAY, it’s weird how four months ago, we’d never heard of her, and now she’s one of the most famous women in the world - making Brad Pitt cry at the Oscars and cuddling up to Sidney Poitier on the red carpet. And the thing we love about her the most is, that she’s doing exactly what we would if we were to go from relative unknown to one of the most famous women in the planet in the time it takes most of us to remember to cancel a Direct Debit.
